I ordered a Broncos jersey with number 18 and size med. I received yesterday in mail a package with a typed note inside saying they were out of stock and sent a replacement instead. The replacement is a "Cleveland No.32 size 44." I emailed them and their response was to send me a invalid email address so that I can't get a refund or send back product for exchange of right item. They have made no effort to contact me to straighten this matter out.
