Bought from Ray Ban website http://www.raybanstore-au.com/ 4 pairs of glasses on 17 Dec 2015 with 5-12 working day delivery service.
Followed up on 11 January 2016 to ask where they were and was told to wait 10-15 working days and given tracking number with 17 Track with article sitting 'in transit' since leaving China on the 24th December.
Tried to follow up again with "Anna" on 17th January, no reply.
Tried sending a new email from their 'Contact Us' page only to be given an error message.
Dodgy - lesson: don't buy from overseas or non-genuine websites.
