the last time we updated our profile in 2015. I don't remember the exact time. June or July 2015.We were told by the person who updated us that we could use our 2017 points by bringing them into 2016 as long as we paid the maintenance fees for 2017 ahead of time. This was a lie. I called the reservation department and was told there was nothing I could do until 2017. I am a senior citizen and do not appreciate being lied to. To get a vacation in 2016 , I have to come up with at least 540.00. I usually get at least 4 vacations a year. I can't afford these prices that is why we went the time share way. I live on a fixed income. My great grandchildren are so upset because they can't have a vacation at Myrtle beach this year. I was told as long as I banked my points I would not loose them. That is not true. I lost points last year because someone lied. your sales department need to stop lying to people to get them to update their programs. Older people are easy prey. Someone in this company should have a conscience and not cheat the elderly. You have already broke the hearts of my great grand children ages 4-5-12. They look forward to this treat every year and work hard at school to be good in order to receive this vacation.

my proof is the newest up date in June or July 2015.On Jan 19,2016, I talked to a customers service rep wo books reservations at 866-933-7848. He said a week 2 bedrooms at Myrtle Beach 528,38 in July 2016.
