I ordered a trial size sample for $4.95. I had hardly started trying it when I found on my charge bill a charge for 98.41. When I called I found that after 14 days you get charged for sample. I also was sent another bottle without my permission. I was told I could return it if it was unopened. I sent it back and was told later I would not get a refund because it was opened. The product was never opened. What a scam. No answers from company when better business tried.
