Complaint 345973 Details

I received part of my order and all I can say is "what a disappointment" - the company is scamming Americans. Their "x-large" would not even fit a child! Also the quality is beyond "bad." I requested a full refund!!! The cost of returning the items would outweigh the purchase price - and THEY know this. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to "refuse" the package as it was left at my door (which I would have done as I would have seen from the size of the package that something was wrong!) There was no "packaging slip", no "invoice" enclosed. I immediately advised my credit card company as well as PayPal. I complained to the company and they requested pictures, which I sent, pictures with a ruler next to them, which I did and all they could offer if an $8.00 refund if I keep the items. (They did offer a larger "credit" for future purchases which is not going to happen.) I wish I had checked the company out first. I have yet to receive the third item.
