This company had a website advertising after Christmas "clearance sale" for specific Pandora charms. The website and charms pictured looked authentic. I placed an order 12/26/15.My credit card was charged that very day. I never received an email verifying purchase or giving a proposed shipping date. I had no idea that I was purchasing from a company/person in China. I tried to dispute the credit card charge but I had no shipping date or website address because the website was not longer available. I received shipment today. The "charms" are horrible and obviously have nothing to do with Pandora. I know of no way to get in touch with these crooks. I will have to blame myself for being so stupid - but there must be someway to expose and punish these criminals.
