April 28, 2015 - I found the site and was attracted by a Singapore Airlines $1 deal. When I subscribed "free trial" to find out more, I received a bunch of consumer products that I had no use for. Within 25 mins, I had submitted an "Unsubscribe" message.

May 20, 2015 - My credit card was deducted the monthly fee, and monthly deductions continued till Jan 11. 2016. Unfortunately, because I was relocating between countries and got into a new, demanding job, I did not check my bank account till just before the last deduction.

Jan 10, 2016 - just noticed a "pending payment" for Jan 11, and immediately contacted MySweetSavings to seek clarification. I got a response the next day from "Nicole" saying they have processed my claim and the refund is on its way back to me. But today, Jan 15, 2016, I got another email saying "The paid subscription is non-refundable as stated."

I really feel violated! Wish I had read your site before I saw MySweetSavings.
What can be done? Any advice?
