i ordered a pair of trainers from trainer style website for my twelve year old daughter using her xmas money she p[aid eight pounds for delivery and waited over two weeks for them they have now arrived and are awful they are not the trainers that she originally ordered they are badly made not even the make or colour she wanted she is absolutely distraught and i am extremely angry and upset please advise me on what to do to be able to get her money back.
