I am very disappointed with the bate and switch that just took place on your website. I was attempting to renew my Drivers License and somehow all the prompts looked like that was what I was doing until the end when it congratulated me for my new Drivers Guide. I do not want nor need a drivers guide. I did not download it and I am very disappointed in the business practices on this website.
And now I am afraid that they are going to sell my personal information to anyone- when I thought I was filling out information for the State DOL which this site so cleverly acts like.
