This is one unethical company. And Buyers beware! They go under many different names/subsidiary companies. They do not answer their phones. And only send an email stating they received your email and will get back to you within the week. And you cannot reply to their email! I have now started a claim against them through our Paypal account for fraudulent services. They will not "fix" your computer unless you fill out your name, and give them a credit card number. Supposedly not charging you unless you choose to accept their agreement. And, they do not fix your computer. They mess it up worse! This company, and all their subsidiary companies need closed down for fraud!
