Received a call from my bank the evening of December 23 inquiring about recent activity with my check card... Bank had declined a transaction for $593 but there were multiple pending charges on my bank account - two for $0 and another for $487.
I am not a customer of AT&T nor do I leave in PA or have I ever been there!
Immediately called my bank, cancelled my card, and opened a fraud case.
AT&T has been absolutely NO HELP - there is nothing they can do apparently!
I am so upset and feel so violated!
AT&T NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!
