I purchased a Amex gift card and paid $20.00 plus a $5.95 fee to load the card. I have it as a Christmas gift at a co workers party. On Monday, December 21st, 2015, he gave the card back and said there was no money on the card. He didn't keep the receipt and I did not keep a copy.
