I ordered the Nike shoes. They charged me couple $ more than what I ordered. Web site didn't state anything about exchange rate charged or nothing. When I ordered it showed in US$ so I thought it was US company who sell the product. The company should shipped out the product with in 48 h once payment processed. I waited for over 10 days no email about shipment so requested cancel my order. Company tried to deduct 30% of the preparation for the product. First of all I cancel the order before they shipped out. Second, I ordered the shoes which they have in their stock. It's not right to they charged me for 30% charge because I cancel. 3rd, they did not state of 30% fee may apply when cancel the order. You should get full refund even you return the product. So I don't understand why they need to charged me for 30%? I have not ordered custom shoes it was from in their stock. Only I can think was the company is making fake shoes after they received order. That why they took long time to ship the product out and try to charged me for 30% to cover their cost for making fake shoes.

Even they agreed to fully refund me once but I got only 70% of what I paid. They keep explaining the same thing over and over that 30% is the charged for preparing product or there will be bank fee or etc.... I sent email to the company many times but I have not yet get full refund yet.

I tried to look for the company info from their website but there is no company address or customer service phone number. Only the way you can contact to this company is email.

But I know the company is in China once they gave me info of the name and address for payment by Western Union.
