Bought an exact fit alternator from CarID. com. I paid a professional mechanic to install it on my car. The part broke during the installation because it was the wrong part for my car. When I tried to return the part their supervisor, Stacey W. refused to take the part back , even after I sent several pictures of the old and new alternators side by side which clearly showed the difference between the two parts . They also refuse to refund the core charges, which were actually more than the part itself.
