I ordered flowers for my stepmom's birthday on the 14th. I receive a phone call and email today telling me that they are going to need another $15 in order to fulfill the order because they don't deliver to the area - the area I specifically Googled when searching for area florists. Why does Troy's come up if they don't deliver to Waddell? And why did they allow my order to be processed if they didn't reliever to the address I inputted?
They say they will refund my money but after finding this website I doubt it.
