Lean Slim Ultra / Lean Slim Cleanse

I ordered the Free Trial of Lean Slim and Lean Slim Cleanse sample - and I was billed (as expected) with two payments of £3.27 on the 1st October, which was clearly said it is the payment is for delivery - the date of the order and their acknowledgement email.
I then received an email dated 4th & 5th October to say that the order had been dispatched and to allow 5 - 10 days for this to arrive. This duly arrived on the 22nd October).
On the 15th October - they took two payments of £58.69 ($89.95) from my credit card account - this was a maximum of 10 days before I had received the trial order but exactly 21 days from my order. Also I had call from my credit card company on 09/11/2011 to notify me that I have been charge further payment on 03/11/2011. This is infact a fraudulent transaction.
In my correspondence with them I understand they take the 14 days of the trial period from the day you order the "free trial" and you have to cancel within that 14 days. I have still not opened the goods unfortunately I have got their return address or contact details for me to take action. But I have informed my credit card company to cancel the direct debit as advised by them.
