I have ordered a purse off of http://www.michaelkorsoutletsite.us.com. I have been trying to reach them since the day I ordered. The status of my order has not changed since 12/8/15. They said that the orders should be received within a week. The sight also charged more than I authorized. The total of the order was 139.00, I was charged 145.82. I have yet to receive a receipt for the my order I have paid. They said they would send it with a "tracking number". I have not gotten either.I started reading reviews and from what others are saying is that this website is a "rip-off". The purses are not even Michael Kors, they are a cheap knock-off. At this point I want my money back. I cannot get a hold of anyone. They will not respond to my emails and there is not phone number. . Can you please look into this and help me get my money back.
