I tried to cancel my order over the phone & return the product...I was on hold 10 minutes then a person came on the phone I gave them the order # and told them I wanted to cancel he hung up! I called back 4 more times, finally I got through I told the person that I wanted to cancel my order because it was making my face have rash & he just said let it work for a week & etc & he would give me discount going on & on! I also told him I wanted to return the product he didn't want to give me information for that. It seems like he was not listening at all so I agreed with him hung up called back the # didn't work anymore! They charged my account $92.53 I only gave them permission to take out about $4.00 nothing more! I told him I only used it for 4 days, he said I need to try it for another week! I will never order anything ever online again once they have your credit card # they can just help themselves to your money!
