I oredered a free sample from this comany which i paid postage and packaging but checking my bank account they have also taken out£89 & £95 with out my consent. I have spoken to my bank abd they said ring the numbers in which i was told to send to cyprus and parial refund as they charge restock fee and i have to pay postage and packaging but how is this a free trial i request a full refund please thank you Ann Ranson
