I purchased a battery for my Samsung phone from Mugen power Batteries on July 30 2015. They charged my credit card right away and said my product would ship soon. 3 weeks later, they said it was on back order. I emailed them every 2 weeks, for 2 months where they kept saying it was on back order. Finally in October I asked for a refund in which the help desk kept saying they ard referring my matter to the finance department. Every week I emailed, I kept getting the same response but no results. I checked their Facebook site where other people claim the same problem with there purchase. Can someone help me with this.
