They promised a business loan of $500,000.00.
By the time I paid them all of their so called processing fees I was into them for $45,000.00 plus.
They never wired the money as promised and as per the written agreement, I had with them. They have committed cross border wire fraud and many other Federal crimes regarding loans. All I want is my money returned, if it is not returned, I will file criminal charges against them. I would rather resolve it privately, without getting the authorities involved. I have also retained the services of an attorney and if they do not refund my money,I will seek damages as well as filing charges against them. I have everything documented and they would lose in a court of law. At this point they are not answering their phone. However we know who the principles are and they cannot hide from the law.
