Well, i had a text from Powerloans this morning saying thank you for the membership fee and they would send me loan companies details. I checked my bank account and sure enough, the money had been take nout, leaving me short on my rent.
I called them up and spoke to a secretary who said i would get a call back in minutes, i didnt.
I then called in the evening and got through to someone who stated this was from an agreement back in July 2011 and that i had no right to my money back due to the t's & c's. I tried to bluff by saying i would involve the police as it was tantamount to robbery and was quite curious as to why the person on the end of the line sounded like he was getting flustered and tried giving me the head office address.
Shall email them that i will be contacting the police (although im sure it would be a civil matter) it will be interesting to see just how far i can go.
