Ordered a custom Xbox 360 controller never received it. I have contacted them multiple times to no avail. I did receive an email from Arie with Controller Plus assuring me that the controller would go out that week along with a partial refund. That never occurred either. Whenever I check their website it states that the controller is still being painted.
