Bought horizontal blinds and they were all crooked. Mechanism inside is set incorrectly so there is no way to adjust them. Took one apart and it is very tricky to get it to the correct height. Spent many hours on these. Also all of the top blinds are warped!! Not much chance to make this look good. Not happy and have an extremely busy life with little time to set aside to mess with these and not get results. Now I will have to package them up to return to Lowe's. How angry can you get?? Would be nice to get a credit towards some blinds. Have to start the process all over again. Wish there was some organization that could help with these extremely aggravating problems.
