Well like so many others we had fallen on hard times and could not make ends meet . We were having trouble making our house payment , witch for 2 years we tried to get our lender [Bank of America] to refinance but they wouldnt do it . So one nite we were watching tv and saw an advertisement for getting your home refinanced witch sounded real good to know there was help out there so we wrote the number down and the very next day we called them [Legace Holding Group] . And after an hour and a half coversation with them they told us that our bank was the one they had to deal with most of the time and they knew how to deal with them so there would not be any problem there. We could get our interest cut in half or better . All we would have to do is come up with 3500.00 to get started . So after we made arrangments to make 3 installments witch they would gladly do they would get started . After the money was all paid we started to have problems getting in touch with them. And after about a month of no contact with them we called the BBB and after they tried and could not get any thing they sent us a letter to tell us they could not make contact either .
