International boundaries
Since 2009 I have used this company twice to supply decking material to my company in Australia. The company provided a 20 year warranty however does not abide by the warranty. A recent conversation with Cliff indicated that they are aware that the product is faulty and disintegrated and crumbled turning the decking boards to powder. After one complaint they supplied some material free of charge (1/4 of a container) however I now have one container that I cannot use for fear of warranty issues and another container volume on sites that the boards are crumbling and falling apart.
The company knowingly sells a defective product knowing full well they will never comply with the provided warranty.
