This organization is a hate group. They cold call hoping to establish debt in an unsuspecting person'a name. They will bully you. They will threaten your kids.

Fraud and Identity theft happens every two minutes in this country. Honest companies will always identify themselves and will never ever cold call you just to bully you for your personal information.

Dishonest companies like this will:

1) Cold Call You
2) The company will avoid, or outright fail to identify itself and only work to get your personal information.
3) Agents will appear to get insulted or frustrated easy. They misusing our fair debt collection act to imply consumer is just irate so they need not reveal what they might be required by law.
4) upon getting your personal information they will hang up establishing debt in your name.

Honest Companies:

1) They will never cold call. They will send you mail as required by federal law documenting a debt in your name established.
2) They will as required by federal law explain your right to dispute.
3) They will provide any and all documentation as required by the federal government upon request.
4) Agents listen and work under the law to resolve billing, and billing errors.

Say no to fraud.
Report all dishonest billing companies.
