Xchange Leasing in affiliation with Uber Technologies are leasing "Uber" vehicles and telling potential drivers that if you dissatisfied with the car you can return it within 15 days no questions asked and you will not be charged with breaking the lease the Uber lease salesman says he's never heard of that arrangement but the Uber representative made the statement at a public meeting Uber Xchange Leasing and Jerry 's Toyota in Baltimore and need to be investigated
