This morning I woke up with a balance charge of 80 dollars to this company. When I called the women in the phone where VERY rude. The swore at me and yelled at me . It took raising my voice three times for Someone to even heart complaint. My question was to them " how do I have a charge when I did not even sign up for a charge ?" I was not notified via email or anything ! I told the lady over the phone that i wanted to be refunded back for the charge I had no intention of making . Instead of exsplaing how it works she told me that " she did not owe me an exsplination". I asked to speak to her supervisor and it was the same thing ! Not only did she yell at me she also told me my information would NOT be taken off their system and that they would not refund me ( no exspliantion as to why included ) . Never in my life have I had such horrible costumer service . These people should be reported for fraud.
