I order a pair of Timberland Fullsport trekking marine in size 46 about 98 euros (don't remember the price in USD). It took 3 weeks to arrive (from China whereas I thought I had ordered from a german company) and in the parcel, there was a pair of Adidas superstar in size 37 ! I have no e-mail to claim and my bank says it is impossible to stop the payment of my visa card which will be debited starting november. What can I do ?
