I was looking for help on an assignment and came across Express-Helpline.com. In order to get the help I was directed to purchase an Amazon gift card. I thought it to be odd but figured this was just another form of payment since the website said they had problems with the pay-pal feature. The message on the website states within 5 minutes of receiving the payment your question is answered. I never received a response. I emailed but email addresses do not work and even can not log in on their site.
