I sent 49 lbs of mother boards, Cpu's, memory cards. peripheral boards as well as other various item that they say they buy on their website After confirming my shipment was received and waiting the time they said they needed to process shipment I contacted them for a break down of how much my refund would be for and for what exactly. They told me they didnt know and couldn't tell me. they state on their website that they pay for the shipping and before I mailed out my stuff I asked them directly if it would be deducted from my refund and the said no it would not come from my pocket, Which was total BS. Need less to say ther is alot more to the story but they paypaled me 19.00 of which paypal took 10%. What I also found very sketchy when I called them they never would give a name even when I asked them for their name and on the emails they sent me, There was never a name attached or signed
