Beware this "company"!!! Its fake website (with a phone number that's NOT a 1-800 number as most resorts use) popped up as I was looking at a legitimate Florida resort website. I had the flu that day and wasn't very sharp, not noticing the no-800 number or the foreign accents, just happy to find rooms finally. I decided to call the phone number rather than book online, as I thought it would go faster and I had some special circumstances. I called the number, found that rooms were available (after not finding them for the past few weeks). I was excited that some had become available, which clouded my judgement. Was told that the cancellation deadline for full charge back would be that evening at 6pm. Almost immediately after giving them my information, I sensed a fraud. I called the legitimate resort, found out the confirmation number WAS NOT VALID nor one of theirs, and immediately called Reservation desk to cancel. They had represented themselves as the resort. They did chargeback a small portion of my total, but their "bank" is now disputing my disputing on my credit card. They are nothing but scam artists and need to be in jail, however it's no doubt a foreign operation and it's just families with kids who are being ripped off, and what power do we have? I notified the resort and also Trip Advisor (because they use their logo to give them credibility) but nobody cared.
