Saw advert. on Facebook for eye serum offering FREE TRIAL OFFER - (Risk free) just pay $5.99 shipping. placed order then received 2 two products, Essence of Argan oil, which I did not order or approved, was charged for two shipments, when I called to cancel order before 14 day trial period was told I would be charged a restocking fee for the items.
The order confirmations that I received for both items states clearly that if items are returned within trial period (14 & 16 days) simply return sample (even if empty) and you will NEVER be billed, however I found myself getting frustrated with the customer service rep insisting that I will be charged a re-stocking fee. Please advise.
