I had paid to get the unlock code for my device. However after few days of placing order I was sent an email from seller that they cannot provide the unlock code and they will refund in few days. However after over two months and Im yet to receive the refund.
Update: 10/08/2015
when I dispute via paypal they submit the message do not wait for paypal and direct me to the site http://www.theunlockdepot.com/refund/ to get instant refund by providing the paypal email address.
