On Sept 5, 2015, I ordered a supplement from MG Health. Total charge $5.95. I did not receive an "order" until Oct 3, 2015. The order received on Oct 3, 2015 was the incorrect item & it included two types of supplements & not the supplement actually ordered.

I have attempted to contact MF Health during their business hrs (M-F 7AM-5PM PST)using the phone number on the packing slip (888-373-7817). When calling such number, I received message to contact the company during normal business hours. I was calling during normal business hours & a caller is unable to leave a message.

While reviewing by credit card account 10/6/15, I noticed two charges. One charge was for $89.95 was was debit on my acct on 9/16 & posted on my acct on 9/22. The second charge was for $84.95 which was debited to my acct on 9/23 & posted to my act on 9/24. Both charges listed different phone numbers (9/16 debit 800-892-9257 and 9/23 debit 800-203-1574). When calling both of these numbers, a caller is transferred to MG Health's Customer Service # of 888-33-7817 which I previously called but was never answered. When I reviewed the supplements that were incorrectly shipped to me & that I received on 10/3, I noticed that these were the items that I was billed for on 9/16 & 9/23.

I contacted by credit card account company (CapitalOne). They informed me that MG Health had setup an account whereby these two items would be directly shipped to me & to billed once per month.

Once reviewing the above info, CapitalOne started a fraud action report on these items. They blocked MG Health from future auto debits & advised me to return products to MG Health by registered mail. I will return by registered mail. All products are unopened.

MG Health is clearly running a scam. Their fraudulent actions should be investigated by the FBI since it involves inter-state commerce & mail fraud.
