I ordered 'free trial' products but I was charged on my credit card $267.08. I called the customer service and the agent told me there was no refund. Obviously, this is a 'gimmick'. I'm allergic to their kind of products (facial cream). How can I get a refund? I'm ready to get the French T.V. program 'Enquête' to investigate about this 'company'. I want my money back!
