E-mail advertisement for a "starter kit" costing $21.80. Subsequently charged $99.95 for the product sent. The product in the "starter kit" cost about $9.00 in my local smoke shop. The package sent weighed less than one pound and was shipped US mail. In very small print on the invoice, it said if the original "starter kit" was returned in 30 days, the $99.95 would be refunded. They explained the original charge ($21.80) was "shipping and handling" and the subsequent charge ($99.95) was the price of the product. They did agree to refund $60 of the charges, leaving me out $61.80.
