Your application has been approved and your information has
been reviewed and processed to know your nearest evaluation location. I hereby inform you that you have been employed as one of our mystery shoppers.
The mystery shopper evaluation team invites you to run a survey on one prominent store in your area.

Your First assignment is to evaluate a Western Union store/agent close to you.

The management of western union money transfer has reported some lapses in the services of the Western union stores in some their locations.
Complain is based on anonymous report/Phone calls to the head office by numerous customers.
The Western union stores were reported on the following lapses:

(i) Slow services
(ii) Unbalanced exchange rate
(iii) Poor services
(iv) Rude to customers
(v) Excess charges
(Vi) Insufficient fund.


Your secret evaluation tasks:

1) You will make a transfer of fund at any western union store close to you.
Payment will be sent to you in form of money orders.
This payment will cover your pay/assignment($200) and also fund to be transferred for evaluation.
Please note that you are not sending money from you personal fund.


2) You will have to record the time of arrival at the transfer agent store and how many minutes it took you to get transfer done.


3) Your Identity should be kept confidential as the job states(secret
shopper), on no account should the cashier/western union
personnel know you are performing a customer service evaluation.
This might hinder your result. Note the the name of the Western union clerk and store address.
Your report should be drafted and sent to me via email immediately as well as the western union transfer
details(amount sent and money transfer control number).

4) Basically, here are the details needed

a. Western union location and address
b. Name of the cashier
c. How long it took to get services
d. Smartness of the attendant
e. Customer Service Professionalism


There are no fees required to join our team of shoppers.
