Bellesse and Nouvebelle

I ordered a trial of Bellesse eye cream and Nouvebelle face cream. Supposedly I had a two week trial. Guess what! The company STARTS the two-week period the day they SHIP the product. I received the products on the same day, September 9, and not even allow me a full week to try the product before they charged my bank account $92 for one product and $97 for the other. I received a call from my bank about suspicious charges that were processed at 12:33 am this morning. I found the phone number for the company by looking at the original payment for shipping. The representative advised me of the two week from ship date (unbelievable). I told her I expected a full refund. She said if I returned the products, I would have to pay a restocking fee of (I can't remember if she told me $20 for each product or $40.00 for each) and the company would return the balance within 7-10 business days. The representative tried to talk over me. I advised her that if my money was not returned in its entirety, I would advise the fraud department at my bank. She still tried to say she could not refund the entire amount. I asked to speak to her supervisor. After two minutes the representative came back on the line and gave me return numbers for each product, the address to mail the products and stated that the total amount would be refunded. I asked if someone would be at the physical location to sign for the package. She said they don't sign for packages that I had to use the tracking number as proof of its receipt. I am returning the items tomorrow and will provide an update. This is the BIGGEST scam.
