I signed up for this weight loss program on February 10. I did not receive materials for quite a while and started the program on March 16, 2015. The supplemental pills were ridiculous - handfuls of pills 3 times a day. Never was I asked if I had trouble swallowing, which I do.The shake supplements did not agree with me. For the first week you are to fast and use the shake supplements and then eat food the second week, which is measured RAW and in grams and is not enough food to be able to exercise on - which part of the plan - and the pill supplements to not help energy level. After 22 days of strictly sticking to the diet, I had only lost 10.2 pounds and was very weak. My counselor was not helpful about addressing my issues whenever I spoke with her about them. I finally spoke to my doctor about it and she said I needed more calories than I was receiving from this diet. I am currently on a medical weight loss program and have lost 10 pounds in 7 days and have not been starving.
