Purchased their health care plan over the telephone with my credit card. When I received it I found out it was almost totally worthless, more like a discount card. The agreement was a 30 day cancellation plan. I contacted their office to cancel and was told I had to submit a cancellation form which they sent via email. I filled it out and fax'd it back immediately and waited a few days and called again. Was then informed I had to fill out a customer refund request which they sent via email and I completed and fax'd back immediately. In the meantime I had looked on the internet and saw all the complaints against this company and realized I had been had. I contacted my credit card company and they are currently dealing with Name My Premium to try and resolve and get my money back. I would certainly advise anyone in contact with this company to hang up the phone and run. I don't believe they are the least bit reputable. One other thing, when I purchased the plan on the phone I dealt with their salesman Matt Krach in Baltimore, Md and he gave me his direct line phone nr. to call in case of a problem. I called him countless times and left messages. I have yet to hear from him.
