Ronnie, working at the time as President and CEO of Recyc-Tex.com LLC, then Enviro Risk Mitigation Services LLC and RAV Holdings LLC took my company for over $100,000 worth of merchandise under the guise of working towards a joint venture. We negotiated terms that would meet his needs as a "start up" and everything seemed fine until we began asking for payment, at which time he stopped responding to phone calls, emails, and letters. He changed his phone number and moved offices multiple times in an attempt to avoid payment until he eventually abandoned all business efforts in Texas. From what I've discovered through lawyers, he has done similar things in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
