DirecTV made a mistake and multiple mangers lied to me. I had a service call and they marked it as an equipment upgrade, then refused to upgrade my equipment because of their mistake. They purposely place lies on your account to charge you more for equipment. Then I called in and spent over 2 hours on the phone with them. Customer service said that tech support had to help me and that they would place detailed notes on the account. When I spoke with tech support they said there were no notes on the account and that they could not help me either.
Horrible disgusting company that will do anything to rip you off.
