Was originally contacted by FBSO when they were operating under the name of Premier Property Solutions; FL License #TC3485. I was told by Cody Hanick that a developer was buying up parcels for premium prices in an area of Colorado where I owned property. Sent $1250 to execute an appraisal and "market" the property to this developer, as well as over a large database of land buyers. I requested a copy of the appraisal, but never got it. Was contacted by Chamera Bowman in February of 2013 and promised they "had a buyer ready to sign", but they needed another $1598 to finalize the deal. Nothing ever came of this, and repeated calls were not answered. It seems everything I was told was untrue; this operation is a total scam.
