I wonder if there is an attorney that would pursue a class action law suit against Fifth Third bank and their false practice pertaining to assisting home owners in doing mortgage deferment and not getting the mortgage converted according the federal "Making Homes Affordable Program" and then they throw the home into foreclosure and make harassing calls to the home owner pertaining to foreclosing during the deferment. I have been trying to work with Fifth Third for over a year and sent enough paper work that buying a home would be less work. I qualify for the Federal Making homes affordable program but due to the program not being overseen by HUD and making sure the banks and mortgage companies are doing what they are suppose to they jack a person around and then take away their home which is the status that I was just notified of recently by an attorney office that my bank is working with. HELP someone please.
