I cannot tell you how upset and angry I am with this company concerning their marketing practices. As far as I am concerned they are frauds at the very least and most likely outright thieves. I am amazed that reputable companies like Amazon continue to give credibility to companies like this. Puravol provides 30 days of product on a trial basis... charges you an attractive amount for the product... and then automatically charges you card for an enormous amount of money MONTHLY UNLESS you cancel within 12 days. Wow! Most of us will not even GET the product .with enough time to try it, much less attest that it will work. Suddenly, a charge appears on my card for $99 without any indication of where it has originated and, worse, it is impossible to get the charge reversed. I think it is theft and immediately go thru the hassle of canceling my card only to find out that it is this company Puravol that has done this. They say-- "you agreed to the terms and conditions" which apparently were hidden somewhere on the credit card form. Who knows? Does this product work? I have no idea... I only had it for a few days before this obvious tricky marketing technique went into effect. I CAUTION EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.. THEY ARE BAD NEWS AND WILL EVENTUALLY MAKE YOU SORRY YOU EVER HEARD THE NAME PURAVOL. RATING 1 ONLY BECAUSE I AM REQUIRED TO GIVE A RATING AND I CANNOT PROVIDE A MINUS 10.
