Had a lady call me claiming to be from insight capital saying that I failed to pay on a payday loan from july 14 2010. she claimed to have all my information including banking information. I told her it was impossible for me to have done a payday loan back then because i was not working and hadn't worked since january 2010 because i decided to be a stay at home dad and no payday loan was necessary.
She refused to give me more information and was a total rip and just told me to get a lawyer. If they had all my information why not take my money back then?
I called my bank to make sure my account was secure, which it is. It just makes me sick that people do this to others. don't be scammed by them and NEVER give out any personal information on the phone. ask for things in writing
