I received a letter saying I am a winner of $3,062,813.00. Payable upon $20.00 fee to process report and records. At the bottom it says if you agree they can electronically debit your face amount plus a state allowable fee. It does not say what the fee is. I did not send my information. I believe this is a scam that should be stopped immediately.Please help before people are ripped off by them anymore. Thank you.
