I ordered for a Caterpillar 3408 Marine engine, valued at $40000 since 2012. He told me once the company finished the order I can come and inspect,because I am a businessman in Nigeria After parting with $25,000 part payment,he became elusive,websites was shut down,phone lines not working. Reported to the Police Dept in Woodbine,my emails were not replied or acknowledged,the US secret service agent handling his case got in touch twice to collect details of the transaction and since then nothing more. Emailed Georgia Attorney general's office,no response.
